Unless you’ve been living under a rock (or are just new to the site), you know we here at BDF have a pretty tight relationship with the team at Last Blade Standing. Doc Martin and crew have put together an epic bladesmithing event that showcases some of the best makers in the world while making an positive impact for a selected charity.

Following one hell of a third season, Last Blade Standing is poised to make a triumphant return to your social media feeds on August 26th. Can’t wait until then? We’ve got you covered. I am proud to announce that BRUTE de FORGE will be sharing a sneak preview of LBS Season 4 one week early!

Last Blade Standing Season 4 is coming in hot

Since the announcement, the Last Blade Standing social media accounts have been dropping little hints as to the parameters for this season’s build. Now, following the release of their latest video, we have a little more information. Most notably, the roster of bladesmiths has been reduced significantly. Season 3 boasted the largest number of smiths in a “March Madness” style bracket tournament that saw bladesmith Colton Arias emerge victorious. For Season 4, only 24 smiths have made the cut.

Aside from that, we are as in the dark as you are! That’s why you’ve got to come back on August 19th to read our exclusive sneak preview of Last Blade Standing Season 4. We’ll see you on the battlefield!
